Recently, I forwarded a graphic on my social media handles that is still receiving some attention. The essence of the message was that we shouldn't look at children as people to be given one same direction to take that we have taken ourselves.
Rather, we should look at children like they are mysteries and adventures to unravel. In our career and purpose pursuits, the greatest mistake we make is akin to the one size fits all. There is more to that phenomenon. Listen to this.
