The fact is that working on your long term personal vision is not the only option that you do have in life. There will be very many opportunities for you to work on other people's vision.
Heck, most people do that for their entire lives. However, in the wake of the uncertainties in life, and in the availability of different options, what do you do when you have to make your vision a reality? Do you work on your vision or you take up someone else's vision (get employed?)
