The equalizing thing about mankind is that we were all created to prosper. We are all intended to prosper and we all want to succeed in life. You cannot find a human being who consciously or unconsciously doesn't want to succeed.
That's one of the reasons for our being: to be productive and to be successful. Success however is not gauged the same.
Your success is not the same as mine, but when each of us attain it, it is success. Therefore, the definition of success is as personal as it gets.
