Motivation is important for humans. If anything, I do think that we are the only species God created who need motivation to make things happen. Other species use instinct and survival. You never saw lions attending a seminar...anyway. Some motivation statements can be a lie, and one of them is "Once you have discovered your purpose, you will never work another day in your life."
